Vanilla Pop returns to The Mystic’s High Desert Hideaway on June 5th, celebrating 23 years as what The Reporter called “The coolest, hippest, swingin’-est band around.” A staple of the New Mexico music scene since 2002, they bring a high-energy, Las Vegas–inspired blend of pop, rock anthems, swing, hip hop, and iconic hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
Expect big sound, sharp style, and a packed dance floor all night.

When the show ends, the party continues with a FREE after party at 10PM in the Mystic Café featuring DJ Dynamite Sol, spinning a high-energy set to keep things moving late.

The kitchen is back! Randy Tapia’s Mystic Mesa is now serving a full dinner menu at The Mystic Thursday–Saturday, 4–10pm. Created by Chef Randy Tapia of Santa Fe's Poki Tako, the menu blends high-end soul food, bar favorites, and seafood into bold, satisfying dishes made for real nights out.
Come early for a legit dinner, then stay for drinks and music as the night unfolds.
