You and your partner will be guided through a hands-on partner yoga session designed to deepen trust, communication, and connection. Learn how to support and assist one another through gentle stretches, balancing poses, and heart-opening postures that invite closeness, laughter, and presence. With each pose, you’ll explore the art of giving and receiving, physically and energetically, creating a shared experience of harmony and flow. No yoga experience is needed, just curiosity and love.
After your class, settle into a luxurious picnic setup overlooking the bay. Each couple will enjoy a gourmet charcuterie box for two, beautifully curated with artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, crackers, and sweet treats.
