A Valentine’s week ritual devoted to couples seeking deeper intimacy and conscious connection, held at Tierra Santa Faena Spa.

This experience is designed specifically for couples. The movement, breathwork, and exercises are created to be practiced together, not individually. Each sequence invites partners into shared presence through synchronized breath, coordinated movement, proximity, and awareness, cultivating connection, trust, and energetic attunement.

Within the warmth of the Hammam, heat and steam prepare the body through relaxation and circulation. Guided Kundalini based movement and breathwork are then practiced in relationship, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, and embodied intimacy.

The ritual closes with a rose oil anointing for couples, softening the nervous system and anchoring connection into the body.
