About this Event
In this hands-on training, Joseph and Edgar will guide students through the dynamic discipline of Ashtanga Mysore-style practice alongside the balancing stillness of Yin Yoga.
Each day begins with Mysore, where practitioners receive individualized guidance in the traditional method, building strength, focus, and consistency. After a break we will explore hands on adjustments for select poses of primary and intermediate series.
Yin sessions will offer a complementary approach, inviting deep release in target areas and exploring accessible modifications that support practitioners of all levels. Through this combination of effort and ease, participants will develop a fuller understanding of the asanas, how to adapt them for diverse bodies, and how to sustain a lifelong practice.
Designed for teachers and dedicated students alike, this program emphasizes practical tools for creating balance, on the mat and in teaching, so that practice becomes both empowering and sustainable.

Saturday: Led Primary 9:00 am–12:00 pm, Workshop 1:00–4:00 pm
Sunday: Mysore 8:00–10:00 am, Workshop 1:00–4:00 pm
