Urban Sketching 3.0
Join us for an immersive urban sketching experience set within one of Dubai's most iconic creative districts. Whether you're a seasoned artist or picking up a pencil for the first time, this workshop is designed for anyone who wants to explore urban sketching.
The session begins with a guided introduction to urban sketching, covering simple techniques to help you observe and draw the spaces you inhabit. Then you will have one hour to roam freely across Alserkal Avenue, sketching whatever draws your eye; Spaces, Art, corners, architecture, people or moments.
We regroup to exhibit your work with the everyone. Then comes the twist: each sketch is handed to AI, to re-create a parallel version of your vision, reimagined through the lens of artificial intelligence.

Yahya Kaddoura is an award-winning Architect, Urban Designer and Strategist with a decade of experience transforming visionary concepts into landmark developments across the MEA region. Recognised for his excellence, Yahya was named the Global Prompt Engineering Champion in Generative Images in 2025, awarded Young Designer of the Middle East in 2019 and shortlisted for Architect of the Middle East in 2021.
Yahya is an Architect - Design Director delivering diverse projects including Masterplanning and Architecture; residential, commercial, hospitality, business parks and mixed used developments across continents. His signature works include the Concept Visioning of the Museum of the Future, The Grand Bleu Tower at Emaar Beachfront, the Dubai Drone Station and the Netflix HQ Business Park in Korea. Driven by passion in innovation, design and place making, Yahya’s journey focuses on Designing Cities of the Future and exploring in rethinking urban environments, integrating technology and nature, creating memorable spaces and building places for connected thriving communities.
