Step out of the noise of the city and into a carefully held half-day urban retreat designed to restore balance across body, mind, and nervous system. Hosted by INNER SEASONS, this immersive afternoon combines mindful movement, nervous-system restoration, and sound meditation to help participants reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence.
Blending mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and embodied awareness, the retreat offers space to slow down, regulate, and return to yourself — away from the constant stimulation of modern urban life. The Experience
Mindful Flow: The afternoon begins with a grounded Mindful Flow practice, moving with breath to build strength, fluidity, and presence. The sequence is designed to feel both empowering and accessible, encouraging participants to explore movement with awareness rather than force. As the body warms and opens, attention naturally turns inward, creating space for clarity, steadiness, and ease.
Yin Yoga: From there, the session softens into a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice. Supported by props and longer-held postures, Yin invites the nervous system to settle while encouraging deeper release through the body’s connective tissues. This slower practice cultivates patience, stillness, and listening, offering a restorative counterbalance to the pace of everyday life.
Sound Meditation: The retreat closes with an extended Sound Meditation, allowing participants to rest comfortably while immersive sound vibrations support deep relaxation, emotional integration, and inner calm. This final phase is designed to quiet mental noise and support a deeper connection to the body’s subtle signals and rhythms.
Community Connection: To complete the experience, guests are invited to stay for a gentle sharing circle and tea, creating space for reflection, integration, and meaningful connection with others in the community.

About Latitia Latitia Kung, founder of INNER SEASONS, is a yoga teacher and wellness practitioner whose work explores the intersection of embodied awareness, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and contemplative practice. Her teaching integrates mindful movement, relaxation techniques, breath awareness, and self-inquiry to support sustainable wellbeing and deeper connection with the body.
