Unwind: Gentle Yoga & Guided Relaxation
Come chill out with us for a relaxing session of gentle yoga and guided meditation.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body, followed by a guided relaxation session while lying comfortably on your mat. Complimentary tea and a light snack will be provided, creating space to unwind and connect in a welcoming community setting.
No prior experience is necessary. Mats and props will be available, though you’re welcome to bring your own. As you’ll be lying down for an extended time, feel free to bring anything that supports your comfort—such as a pillow or blanket.
This is an in-person event, so bring your mat and a friend for some quality unwind time!
