Unwind and Rechargewith Yoga Nidra and Sound
Are you in desperate need of some deep relaxation and recharging? Do you have trouble sleeping? Does your body need to unwind and feel real rest? If so, join healer, Leah Frazier, in this special workshop that will guide you through the practice of yoga nidra — affectionately known as the “yoga of sleep.” Following the practice of what has been coined as “conscious sleep”, relax in the spirit of rest while being immersed in a beautiful sound bath experience.
You will experience a relaxing environment where one may achieve deep rest while many receive clarity, creativity and expansion of self-knowledge. All props and necessary items for you will be provided. Eye pillows will be available for sale.
