What to expect:
Allow your mind and body to slow down and let go of any stress.
This is a soft and sacred landing space.
No former experience required.
We'll begin with a tea ceremony and a gentle intention setting to ease us out of the noise of the day.
Then we move through a slow, breath-led flow designed to release tension, open the body and bring us back into presence. Sound bowls will be woven throughout the practice, adding healing frequencies and helping your body drop even further into a calm, regulated state.
When we are in our resting state, we enter an immersive soundbath journey with crystal soundbowls, instruments and soothing vocals. This journey will be energetically and intuitively designed to encourage grounding, healing and a deeper cosmic connection.
You’ll leave feeling softer in your body, clearer in your mind and more connected to yourself.
