The Experience
The afternoon will begin with a social hour — drinks flowing, music playing, and people easing into the space.
We’ll transition into a short, intentional conversation with our guest speakers focused on navigating life, stress, and showing up for yourself.
From there, we return to an open social setting where you can connect, unwind, and just be.
