About this Event
Unplugged Minds: A Workshop on Mental Health for Musicians & Artists
Being a creative can be both inspiring and overwhelming. Between performing, creating, and putting yourself out into the world, it’s easy for mental health to take a back seat. Unplugged Minds is a free, one-day event designed to bring musicians, artists, and creatives together for an honest conversation about well-being, resilience, and community.
This unique workshop blends live performances, a panel discussion with therapists and creatives, and an interactive mini-workshop where you’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout. Together, we’ll create space for vulnerability, learning, and connection because caring for your mind is just as important as your art.
Whether you’re a seasoned musician, an emerging artist, or simply a creative soul looking for community, this event is for you.
