Annie Foulds is the founder of Annie Foulds Fitness, a mother, endurance runner, and a beacon of quiet resilience.

For 17 years, she’s dedicated herself to helping others grow stronger, especially women finding their footing after loss or struggle. Through charity endurance runs, she pushes boundaries, while advocating for change and creating safe spaces for women to show up, unmasked, as they are, and embrace their own strength.

Annie doesn’t just teach fitness, she cheers women on, showing them how to be quietly strong, even in their most challenging moments.
