Unleashed is a curated, in-person retreat designed for women who want to feel more alive, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and others.

Across two days, you’ll explore embodiment, expression, boundaries, pleasure, and presence through guided workshops, movement, conversation, and shared experiences — led by experienced facilitators in a supportive, intentional space.

This is deep work, held gently. Powerful, but not performative.
