About this Event
Who said intimacy should hurt? And why do we keep accepting this as “normal” in our society? While painful sex may be common, it’s definitely not something you should just live with. This workshop is here to bust the myths surrounding pain in intimacy and empower you to take control of your pleasure.
We’ll dive into key topics like vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, and why pain occurs in the first place. Together, we’ll explore how pain can become a cycle, and most importantly, we’ll offer practical strategies, movements, and tips to help you on the journey toward pain-free, enjoyable intimacy once again.
Join us for an eye-opening session taught by a pelvic floor physical therapist with years of experience treating this very topic. Lets reclaim your right to pleasure—because sex should never hurt!
