About this Event
A Guide to Love for Those on the Spectrum invites you to explore the many dimensions of love in a space designed for neurodiverse individuals. This class goes beyond traditional notions of romance, diving into the fundamental question: What does love mean to you? Through engaging discussions and thoughtful activities, we’ll uncover how love manifests in different forms—self-love, platonic connections, and romantic partnerships—while honoring everyone's unique perspective and experiences.
Whether you’re navigating relationships for the first time or seeking a deeper understanding of your emotions, this class offers a roadmap to help you navigate. We'll explore communication styles, emotional expression, and boundaries, emphasizing how they relate to neurodiverse experiences. Together, we’ll demystify challenges and celebrate the beauty of individuality in how we give and receive love.
By the end of the class, you'll walk away with a clearer understanding of your personal definition of love and practical tools to build meaningful connections. Come curious, leave inspired, and discover how your unique view of the world can lead to profound and fulfilling relationships. This is your guide to embracing love—on your terms!
