This webinar is a great place to find out more about MS and to learn more about the support available. You’ll hear more from people living with MS and you’ll be more informed about your next steps.
What’s involved?
You can take part from the comfort of your own home, initially joining our webinar where you are off screen and anonymous. Some people take part with a family member or friend but you don’t have to. You’ll be able to ask questions when you register but also during the session via the Q&A typed chat function.
Hosted by a staff member of the Living Well team, we'll be joined by volunteers who live or are affected by MS, an MS nurse and a representative from MS Together.
To take part, you will need a laptop, phone or computer with access to a stable internet connection. We use the platform Zoom but if you’re not feeling confident using Zoom, we can offer support in how to get started and use the key features.
Why you should take part?
People tell us that after they take part they feel:
- More positive and confident in moving forward
- Informed of the information and support available
- Less alone after meeting other people in a similar situation
“Thank you again for organising and for facilitating them in such a friendly, supportive and inclusive way. They have really helped me come to terms with my diagnosis, and given me more confidence to engage with others about my MS, which all makes life a little easier.”
