Online Beginners Yoga Course
Over 4 weeks begin to learn how to practise yoga safely and mindfully, maximising its multitude of benefits.
Yoga is not just an exercise class. As well as making you super fit and flexible, yoga is a philosophy, an energiser, a relaxer and always lifts your spirit. Yoga can improve every system in your body if you approach it with the right attitude. It took me 5-10 years to discover what yoga was really about. This short course will help you gain an understanding of how to practise yoga "in the zone", fast-tracking its benefits.
You will learn how to flow within yourself by using the breath with movement, whilst remaining fully concentrated. To find perfection without being perfect, and to laugh when it all goes wrong. This unity of mind, body, breath & sprit is yoga. With a regular yoga practice you could see big changes in your daily live. Perhaps less anxious/depressed, better immunity & digestion, more joyful, clearer thinking and for sure a stronger, more flexible and pain-free body.
This beginners online yoga course is suitable for all levels and ages. Roughly divided into 50% physical practice and 50% theory. We go at your pace and questions are encouraged.
