To cancel a place on a CPD, notice of cancellation must be given by email or in writing sent by registered post. You must clearly state your intention to cancel the CPD.
• If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the start of the CPD you are accepted onto you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel between 10 and 5 days prior to the start of the course you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit/fee paid.
• If you cancel less than 5 days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit or fee paid.
