Understanding and Soothing Parental Anger, Rage and Frustration
Are you yearning to have a different relationship with your anger as a Parent? In this workshop we will reframe anger as a gift to help you learn more about yourself and learn practical tips to help you flow with your anger rather than being stuck in it. A mix of coaching, somatic exercises, mindful movement, nervous system awareness and breathwork.
