Robert Boakye is an energy practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach dedicated to helping individuals improve themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With over 13 years of experience, he employs a blend of physical movement, talking and physical therapy, as well as practices to guide his clients towards personal growth. Robert's mission is rooted in spreading love and empowerment, aiding others in discovering their best selves. He believes that by helping individuals change, he can positively impact the world one person at a time. Outside of his professional life, Robert is a husband and devoted father to a beautiful and loving daughter. Together, they enjoy singing, dancing, and clowning around.
Roger Preece is Master of the Royal Foundation of St Katharine, an ancient Royal charity dating back to the 12th Century. He is a retreat guide and executive coach. Roger works with people to understand their strengths and to reflect on practical wisdom on what it means to have a balanced and effective life. He believes that energy is a key to effectiveness and we all need to find the sources of energy in our life and also to be able to plug the leaks in the parts of our lives that are draining of energy. He loves working out and singing, but not at the same time.
