In this interactive Women on Our Way (WOOW) workshop, we’ll dive into Human Design, not just as an introduction, but as a practical framework to help you unlock your professional potential and find deeper fulfillment in your career.
Together, we’ll explore:
- 🌀 Aura types – understanding how your energy shows up day to day and can influence your career
- 🧭 Decision-making with authority – how to lean into your personal decision-making style
- 🌱 Career alignment – discover which career traits best match your energy type
Going beyond theory, in this workshop, led by Sophie Adamson from Lupo Astralis, you’ll be guided through reflections and exercises to apply the insights you gain directly to your own life and career journey.
Whether you’re brand new to Human Design or already familiar, you’ll leave with new perspectives and tools to help you approach your work in a more authentic, energy-aligned way.

About the speaker
Sophie is the founder of Lupo Astralis, an energy coaching practice that uses Human Design to help women understand how their energy is designed to work. After 11 years climbing the corporate ladder in finance and marketing, she made the decision to walk away and start using her greatest asset, her energy, in the way it was always meant to be used. Today, she helps women unlock their own potential and create success that actually feels meaningful.
