In the post-pandemic era, women around the world continue to face heightened stress, mental health challenges, workplace inequality, and disproportionate caregiving responsibilities. These intersecting pressures highlight the urgent need for integrated solutions that strengthen women’s resilience, well-being, and leadership capacity.

This official NGO CSW70 Parallel Event explores how NGOs and the corporate sector can collaborate under the ESG framework—particularly the Social (S) pillar—to create sustainable systems that support women’s mental health, workplace well-being, and long-term empowerment.

Drawing from Asia-Pacific and global perspectives, the forum will present practical models, cross-sector partnerships, and case studies that translate global commitments into scalable, real-world impact for women and girls.
