About this Event

Our UAL Hall Tours provide you with the opportunity to visit one of our halls of residence and experience what life would be like living in one of our accommodation spaces.

UAL Accommodation Services invites prospective students and their guests to explore Wick Park during guided tours on Friday 17 April 2026. Tours will run hourly at 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm.

Proof of ID:

As these tours are ONLY for prospective or current UAL students and their guests, all ticket holders will be asked for the following information before embarking upon the tour.

Prospective students:

  • A copy of your application to study at UAL OR UAL offer to study for the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Photo ID

Current students:

  • UAL Student ID card

If you are unable to provide proof of ID, we will not be able to allow you to enter the Hall.

If you have any questions about the proof of ID required or would like to visit the hall on behalf of an international student, please contact [email protected].

About the UAL Hall Tour:

  • Each hall tour will take 45 minutes, with time for questions at the end of the tour.
  • You will have the opportunity to meet a current UAL resident at the hall and
members of the UAL Accommodation Services team.
  • Each tour will include a tour of the common areas in the hall, and the local area.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a room viewing during your tour, as this is dependent upon permission from our current residents. We will confirm at the start of each tour whether a room will be included in the tour.
  • Due to spacing restrictions, you will be able to register for 2x tickets maximum -
one for yourself and one for another guest with you.
  • If you have more people with you on the day and we have capacity, they will be able to join the tour with you, otherwise they will be able to wait in the reception area with members of our halls team until the tour is finished.

Hall tour meeting point:

  • We ask guests who have booked a place on a hall tour at Wick Park to meet at the reception of Wick Park promptly, at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time on their ticket.
  • Guests will be welcomed and registered by staff and student ambassadors who will be conducting the hall tours.

How to find Wick Park:

  • From Hackney Wick Rail station, it is a 13 minute walk to Wick Park.
  • From London College of Fashion, it is a 15 minute walk to Wick Park.

We suggest using Citymapper to help you plan your route on the day between
the college and the hall.

You can find more information on your journey from Wick Park to College.

Further information:

  • If you have any access requirements, please let us know when you book your ticket.
  • If you can no longer make your allocated time slot, please cancel your ticket to ensure other students can book this slot.

Read more about our other Halls and how to book a room for September 2026 on the UAL Accommodation Services website.

We look forward to welcoming you to Wick Park!
