About this Event
Welcome to Turning Leaves: Weeds in the Library with Roy and Richard! Join us for an exciting event where we will explore the fascinating world of weeds in the library at The South London Botanical Institute.
Each participant will bring two plant samples from local pavements and waste ground. Roy and Richard will walk us through how to identify them using the field guides and botany books on our shelves. We will discuss how and when they arrived here, unpacking the hidden stories behind these often overlooked plants.
See you there on Thu Oct 24 2024 at 2pm.
Spaces are limited, please book in advance.
