Tuning Into Calm: the Art of Co-Regulation for New Caregivers 👶💖
Miss Margaret teaches new parents and caretakers methods for co-regulation
through sound and song. Calming melodies,
breathing exercises, rhythmic body movements and fun little games to tune you into your littlest bundle of joy 💖
Class will be approx. 40 minutes, allowing us to have time for community building, coffee+tea, and the opportunity to chat with Alyssa Hansen LCSW/IBCLC 🌈
