This workshop will give you a brief insight into how sound works on our body and mind. You will learn how to use a system of 3 tuning forks:Om - is the relaxing and clearing tuning fork
Weighted Om - this is a more vibrational fork, which is cleansing and induces happiness
528Hz - this frequency is called miracle and introduces well-being into your body.
With regular use this sequence is very beneficial to your physical, mental and spiritual health. It is an amazing relaxation tool which helps you to deal better with the stresses and strains of life.
Sound has a profound effect to our body and the vibration gets into every cell down to the atomic structure. The vagus nerve gets activated from the ear, this activation affects all organs in our body, demonstrating, how sound has an effect on the whole body and its organs. Tuning forks will affect your mind, entering theta state of brain waves, helping you to access your subconscious mind and be able to experience total relaxation and bliss. This has an effect on our emotions and well-being.
The cost for this workshop is £55.
The tuning forks will be provided for the workshop; however, they are not included in the price.
We will have a tea/coffee and cake break during the workshop, which is included in the price.
At the end of the workshop we will go on a little sound journey. with Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and more.
