About this Event
Motherhood is loud, beautiful, exhausting and full of feeling. If you're feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone. This is a space made just for you - to breathe, create and connect with other mums who get it.
Come and join us for creative journalling, chats, music and singing in a warm, welcoming group where you don't have to explain yourself.
A chance to make something, say something and feel a little less alone in it all. This is a free 7-week space for women and birthing people from ethnically diverse and racially minoritised communities with babies 0-12 months. No experience needed, just bring yourself.
Proudly delivered at The Bridge as part of their Friday Mums project. The Bridge has been supporting women's health and wellbeing since 1932. Their vision is a society where equity is the norm, where all women's voices are heard and where their health and wellbeing rights are respected and met.
