Meditation meets Ecstatic Dance meets Electronic Music.
Once a month we come together on a Tuesday evening for a meditative, yet high-energy dance session at b23 to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. This session is the little sister of the Friday Shake Off, which takes place every Friday and features slower, softer electronic music.
We start the session in a circle, enter into our bodies together, move through journey of electronic music performed live by a DJ, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, releasing, connecting. Tickets are limited to ensure sufficient space for everyone.
Every body is welcome and no prior dance experience needed. Make sure to wear or bring comfy clothing and your water bottle.

About the DJ
is a Berlin based DJ. She started her career in bunker and forest raves but has already made her dream come true to DJ in some of Berlin’s best known clubs such as Tresor and Klunkerkranich. She is a member of the Sublime collective and loves to organise cute partys with a real underground touch! Throughout her career she explored many different types of electronic music and still enjoys to switch genres from set to set. Lately she really found a flaming passion for everything that grooves. Let it be hard groove, Latin hard groove, hypnotic groove - you name it! Little Nats will deliver you her sound with her heart and soul with her music and she makes sure that you will go a little nuts while raving it all off.
About the facilitator
is a certified meditation teacher, a DJ and the co-founder of b23. Over the years he deepened his practice through retreats and through his time learning from a Yogi in an Indian ashram. The essence of his work are his own daily practice and his deep curiosity to explore the many ways we can connect with ourselves and others in the present moment. His teaching approach can be described as simple, holistic, playful & heart-centered.
