This Tuesday evening class is your space to pause, breathe, and gently come back to yourself.

Dru Yoga is a soft yet powerful form of yoga that combines flowing movement, breathwork, and guided visualisation to support both deep relaxation and renewed energy.

Blending elements of Hatha Yoga and Chi Gong, this practice works not only on the body, but also on your mind, emotions, and nervous system.
