About this Event
Prerequisite for this class is
rom realism to abstract and everything in between.
This course builds upon the skills acquired in our introductory class. Artists will dive deeper into learning about color and composition using acrylics as well as more advanced approaches to painting.
Each artist will be working on 1-2 pieces that they will complete during the 5-week course.
Intermediate prepares our students for Special Studies, Advanced Classes, Mentorship Program, and Professional Artists Program.
Intermediate 1, 2, and 3 can be taken in any order so students can start with any of these sessions.
Each session has its own unique set of lessons. To fully take the Intermediate class is to take all 15 lessons (3 sessions).
Supply List:
- canvases or wood panels, any size
- a palette or palette paper
- acrylic paints and mediums
- acrylic bristle brushes in various sizes
- palette knives
- any art tools or materials you have
- quality paper towels like Viva or Blue Shop Towel
