To be or not to be.
This was Shakespeare’s legendary question, questioning the state of being as far back as 1600 in Hamlet.
In May 2024, we invite you all to come and explore your own state of being in Birmingham England, right next to where Shakespeare wrote these now immortal words.
‘The Ultimate Experience Birmingham’ will be a 2 day event in May 2024, at the prestigious ICC, where you will be encouraged to question who you’re being, how you may be judging yourself and others, or possibly limiting your own state with certain thoughts and stories.
We will have a line up of speakers who will deliver impactful messages, on how understanding and shaping who you are being at any given moment in your life can be a transformational development.
Alongside this there will be interactive work with a whole team of world class coaches (including the speakers) to create a two day experience that will have you walking out with shifts and new understandings of who you can be!
As with previous Ultimate Events, this will also be run with the intention of creating a significant charitable donation. All profits from this event will be going to the nominated Charity.
The charity chosen in this case is the cochlear implant programme at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
In the book "The Ultimate Coach", there is a chapter with the title of ‘listen’, along with a story about a girl who could not hear a doorbell ring,… this charity gives the gift of listening to children who previously could not. They allow that little girl to hear the doorbell.
If there is 1500 people in the room the level of donation will be phenomenal and you can BE a part of making that happen.

Ankush Jain is a world class coach and has worked with the best of the best in Steve Hardison, Steve Chandler, Keith Blevens and more to become a master of his art. He is currently creating huge shifts with his new coaching school, both in the Uk and internationally, and is also one of the creators behind the previous London and India events, so now he can bring his brilliant insight from the backstage to centre stage for all to hear.
Gary Mahler, a well travelled individual who was born in Quebec, moved to British Columbia, and has lived in Paris, Tokyo and Hawaii. He is currently living in Tokyo but will be joining us live on stage to be part of our event. Before coaching, Gary ran Mahler Industries, a highly regarded CNC manufacturing facility in British Columbia, for more than 20 years before he became alive as a professional coach.
Karan Rai is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and investor, who founded ASGARD Partners & Co. in 2017. The platform acquires and invests in companies aligned with his values of making a positive impact in the world. He has worked with inspiring leaders and acquired six companies in North America and Western Europe, with a collective enterprise value exceeding $200m. Karan has been a client of Steve Hardisons for 3 years and will testify to how changing your state of Being will absolutely change your life.
Aside from his entrepreneurial ventures, Karan is passionate about fitness and adventure, having participated in physical challenges such as the World Marathon Challenge, where he ran 7 marathons, on 7 continents, in 7 days. All in aid of raising Thousands of dollars for
Nicholas T Smith is a brilliant coach who has worked with individuals and organisations around the world to develop their mindsets for performance changes. He is the co-founder of the tribe of giants group, and author of the incredible book about ’Being’ for children; The Giants and Smalls. Nic has also pledged to waive all royalties and allowing us to print and donate hundreds of copies of his book to the children’s hospital as part of this event.
Lindsey Capp EI is in the centre of being, and Lindsey is one of the UK’s top emotional intelligence trainers. Her coaching of teams and entrepreneurs focuses on how to create richer, emotional and financial lives. Lindsey is a champion for her clients and leads them into understanding how to create change and how to create balance, for a long lasting change.
Dominic London is a man who helps people realise who they truly can be. Charismatic and empathetic, yet direct and quick witted, Dom' will bring a great amount of value to those who listen to what he says, along with an amazing energy.

Along with these speakers we will be running two interactive sessions co-lead by Fiona Ross and Dave Orton. Two gifted individuals, coaches and trainers who will be guiding every person in the event through the work based around your personal document that is so fundamental in Steve Hardisons philosophy and central to the books theme.
Session one will be all around thoughts and forgiveness
Session two will then lead these into being powerful statements that can transform how you operate in this world leading, changing irrevocably who you are at your core and your Being!
