Inga is a passionate movement and fitness professional with a dedication to the art of physical expression.
Trained at a School For Gymnastic Teachers back in her home country, Germany, she has spent over a decade working as a fitness instructor while simultaneously building a vibrant career as a Fusion Dance teacher and performer in Europe and Canada.
Her personal interest in flexibility and contortion - rooted in her dance performance background - shapes her teaching style, blending strength, mobility, and artistry to inspire students of all levels.
