Welcome to the Trust Leaders' Conference 2026!
Challenge Partners invites you to our 2026 Trust Leaders' Conference on 4 June at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, in London. The conference will provide an opportunity to reflect with peers and experts on our theme of Engagement and Inclusion and the changes heralded by the White Paper and SEND consultation. Together, we will consider how meaningful engagement and inclusive practice can strengthen belonging, participation, and achievement for young people.
Our morning sessions will delve into education reform, with space dedicated to engagement with our policy-focused keynote speaker (to be confirmed) and your trusted peers.
Our confirmed afternoon keynote Professor Katriona O’Sullivan - academic, author of Poor, and powerful advocate for equity in education - will bring her unique perspective bridging lived experience, research, and policy.
As you would expect from a Challenge Partners event, the conference provides an intimate experience, with attendance capped at 100 to foster genuine connection and collaboration. There will be ample opportunity to engage with fellow trust leaders and learn from our 'carousels of leading practice', where peer practitioners and experts share effective and promising models.
