FAQ's
1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?
Unfortunately, according to our Terms and Conditions, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.
2. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?
In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at [email protected]
3. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?
If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.
4. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?
We do not currently have a waiting list at this time.
5. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?
Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Refund Terms & Conditions: Please note that in-line with normal consumer standards for ticket purchases, tickets for True Crime & Wine are non-refundable, unless we move the event or cancel it. Should you no longer be able to attend, you are welcome to gift or sell your tickets onwards as we do not use names on the tickets as a condition of entry.
