TRE Drum Journey & Sonic Dreaming

Restful & restorative movements that foster the release of stress, tension, and trauma. These movement practices paired with drums & other healing instruments help evoke the body’s natural, therapeutic shaking response. This shaking response in humans, much the same as the instinctual shaking in animals, is the nervous system’s way of unraveling tension, trauma, and habitual holding patterns that can knock the body out of balance.

Following TRE® will be a guided Yoga Nidra sonic journey to support TRE integration and cellular healing.
