STRONGER TOGETHER Health + Wellness Festival (formerally known as STRENGTH IN THE CITY Festival) is coming back to Denver! We are so excited to partner with SweatPals to bring you an even bigger and better event. We expanded into a bigger space and are able to add some more tickets but be sure to buy before they sell out!

Traverse Fitness with Maggie Hamilton of Traverse Fitness will be one of the classes included in the ticket for this amazing event.

Get ready for a high-energy 30-minute full-body workout brought to you by industry leading Traverse Coaches. We're bringing our award winning HIIT class to the floor of ReelWorks, incorporating cardio bursts, exercises targeting muscle endurance, and high energy movements leaving you breathless and smiling at the end.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

This event was created to curate a space for people to move and connect with their community. We firmly believe that movement, mindfulness and connection will strengthen individuals who will be able to in turn strengthen their communities.

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundations missions is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.

Doors open at 8:30 am, our first class will begin at 9:15 am and the last class will finish at 3pm. Rain or Shine. BYO yoga mat, water bottle and enthusiasm!
