The Practice
This class is a gentle, choice-based practice designed to support nervous system regulation and healing. Simple education about how the body responds to stress and trauma is integrated with practices to cultivate a sense of felt safety.
No prior yoga experience required; all bodies and experience levels welcome.
Meet your Instructor
Megann St. John has a Masters in Counseling and over 20 years experience in mental health and social work, in addition to being a yoga teacher. Her classes integrate trauma-informed principles, mindfulness, and compassionate awareness of the body.
