A true ATL trap-inspired playlist (think Young Nudy, Future, Young Jeezy and YK Niece), spun by a live DJ, fellowship with a health-conscious and fun community, no judgement, low frills movement on the mat. Followed by a Matcha social! Fresh Matcha lattes with our signature cold foams and optional syrups & iced coffee options, made onsite by Frothy Coffee! Shop Tari Blends fresh juices and The Love Knot Shop while you sip away. Mingle with the Good Form Society, get cute shots in the content corner with our photographer and dance to live music.
