Meet Your Instructors:

Archith Seshadri is a RYT – 500 hour trained yoga teacher. His style includes vinyasa flows, balance postures, and core strength. Archith uses classical Indian music for a transformational experience. His classes begin with pranayama (Breathwork). He teaches at several studios in the Atlanta area and privately. His styles include slow flow, power yoga, yoga sculpt and yogalates (Yoga + Pilates). Archith says the practice of yoga is healing, grounding, and balancing. You’ll walk in with an intention and walk out feeling rejuvenated. Archith’s favorite yoga poses are tree pose, wheel pos, and half pigeon pose. He teaches at several Atlanta based studios including CorePower Yoga, Evolation Yoga, One Life Fitness, and Intercontinental Buckhead.Besides being a certified yoga teacher, Archith is also a TV journalist, an actor, and a coach. Archith's recent acting credits include: Found, Gotham Knights, Dynasty, First K*ll, Kingdom Business, Ozark, WandaVision, & Insatiable.

Lesa Wilson is an actor known for her roles on Stargirl, Doom Patrol, and numerous made-for-TV movies. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, she brings firsthand insight into the mental resilience it takes to navigate the highs and lows of an acting career. A former Miss Georgia USA and American Idol semi-finalist, Lesa understands performance under pressure and the mindset required to keep showing up. She’s passionate about helping fellow actors release self-doubt, reframe rejection, and reconnect with their artistic purpose—on and off the stage.
