Meeyogi's Trap Yoga Social is brought to you in part by Smudged Life this month. This is a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, meditation and music. The intention is to help you release. During this experience, you can expect to be guided through breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), dance elements of the African Diaspora. You will be invited to move in meditation to the sounds of Trap, Hip Hop, R&B, Neo Soul, Afrobeats, drums and silence.
This is like a healing playground where everyone's welcome no matter your skill level or who you are! It’s a time to let loose and be playful while also enhancing the collective consciousness. This is a family-friendly experience; open for all ages. Children under 4 years old are free.
This month is for the lovers. We encourage you to wear reds, whites and pinks but obviously, it’s not a requirement. Be comfortable in your clothing.
We are thrilled to welcome back Oba Ogunlano & friends of Aṣẹ Fitness to lead our opening segment with a high-energy African dance fitness experience that blends powerful movement, cardio, and strength training with live drums. It pushes your endurance, coordination, and spirit while keeping the energy fun and uplifting.
Yogi Moon will guide a yoga flow weaved with yogic philosophy.
Mya Cato is the host and will also lead a yoga flow and meditation.
DJ Frikidonya is providing the musical sensations.
The event starts at 4pm and ends at 6pm. Arrive by 3:45pm to get settled.

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. (Spare mats are available to rent for $3.)
Early Bird ticket prices end two weeks before the event. Space is limited. Tickets at the door are $30/adult, $15/youth (5-12 years old) and $5/children (under 4 years old.)
