Welcome to Trap and R&B Yoga - Chicago! Join us for a unique yoga experience that blends the smooth vibes of R&B with the energetic beats of trap music. This in-person event will be held at We The People Fitness Studio, where you can flow through your yoga practice to the sounds of your favorite tunes. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a little extra flavor to their practice. Classes are 45-minutes with a 5 minute guided meditation at the end. We are blending culture with wellness and we've found out, there's a community for that! Check it out for yourself!
