About this Event
Join WeGo Public Transit for Transit Equity Day as we honor the legacy of Rosa Parks and highlight the importance of accessible and equitable transportation. The day begins with a brief kickoff at the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center, followed by a ride on Route 29βgiving participants a chance to experience the route and explore the Jefferson Street corridor, which is deeply rooted in African American history.
