Taking your calm, centered self off the cushion and into your relationships requires compassionate understanding, exploration and transformation of your communication.

Your language has the power to heal, connect and bring forth more equity, more peace, and more meaning to your relationships. Your language can also bring harm, separation, superficiality, and pain.

When you leave your communication unattended, you may:

- find it hard to say what you mean with confidence;

- stay quiet because you don't want to offend others by speaking your truth;

- be unsure about how to ask for what you need and believe you can be heard;

- say yes too easily to things you don't want to do;

- try unsuccessfully to decrease conflicts in your life and end up feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or lonely.

Join Alejandra Siroka, a transformative communication teacher and coach, who’s devoted her life to studying and teaching how language and communication shape our lives and relationships.

In each workshop, we will explore how to embody your deepest values and aspirations in your communication and relationships, including in your inner dialogue and your communication with others.

Through guided meditations, talks, and interactive exercises, you will come away with transformative communication tools that will help you express yourself with clarity, confidence and compassion and bring forth peace, connectedness and joy to all your relationships.

Alejandra Siroka M.A. is a transformative communication teacher and coach and host of the Language Alchemy Podcast, who’s devoted her life to studying and teaching how language and communication shape our lives and relationships. As a truth seeker, she integrates scientific approaches and holistic methods to access, express, and live our deepest truths skillfully and compassionately.

Her studies in socio- and psycholinguistics, yoga and non-dualistic Eastern philosophies, mindfulness, Non-violent communication, neurobiology, Buddhist psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming led her to found Language Alchemy®.
