Shylo is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Spiritual Guide based in Phoenix, AZ offering transformational breathwork and sound healing experiences for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.

What to Expect:
- Opening circle + grounding intention
- Guided Transformational breathwork
- Integration, rest, and sacred space for reflection
- Closing share and energetic sealing
This is a safe and welcoming space for all levels - no prior breathwork experience needed. Come as you are and allow your body and breath to guide the process.
Please Bring:
- Yoga mat or padded surface
- Blanket
- Water bottle
- Eye mask or scarf (optional)
- Any sacred objects you'd like to place in the space
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
