Women's only Fitness and Recovery Event -with group training session followed by a rejuvenating Recovery session at Premium Wellness Centre WELLNEST! (https://www.wellnest.london/)
At WellNest you have access to Sauna's, Cold Plunge, Hot Tub, Flotation Pods and Zen-vibes!
This in-person event is all about empowering women to move, get stronger as a community and train as a team! Plus understand the importance of recovery and rest!
Workout will be held at GYM NATION London Bridge then we will move to WELLNEST just down the road.
