You’re warmly invited to gather with us on Saturday, February 15th for a Sacred Cacao & Healing Sound Ceremony — a heart-opening celebration love, connection, and remembrance.
This gathering is an invitation to move beyond the idea of love as something outside of us, and return to love as a felt experience within, the very foundation of existence.
This will be more than a ceremony — it will be a coming home to our hearts.
A space to slow down, soften, and breathe again.
A space to reconnect with yourself and with others in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and real.
In the sacred space of ceremony you are welcomed exactly as you are.

We’ll be working with raw ceremonial cacao, prepared in the traditional way, in prayer, by Mayan Elders of Guatemaya— a sacred medicine long used to heal and open the heart, release what no longer serves, and reconnect us with universal love.
This ceremony will be woven with the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel and the Four Elements — Air, Fire, Water, and Earth — honoring the cycles of life, the rhythms of the heart, and love as a living force that moves through all things.

Preparation for a Cacao Ceremony:
Cacao contains caffeine, so please do not drink coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony. Please also refrain from using drugs or alcohol. We recommend that you do not eat for at least 3 hours prior to the ceremony. Dress in comfortable loose clothing.
Please drink plenty of water both before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
Bring a water bottle with you.
There are only 15 places available for a person to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.

As for myself, I have been training with Mayan Elders and indigenous Elders under the loving guidance of my teacher Maestro Manuel Rufino a Taino Elder and recognised teacher in many traditions for well over 6 years and I am offering these ceremonies with his blessing.

🪶 What are we healing?
It all depends on your intention. Your intention is door to the reality of your experience. The ceremony is running along the medicine wheel. Through the this sacred technology we can access subtle energy that allows us to connect with and purify. pacify the 5 elements: air, fire, water, Earth and space. Through this we also connect with and receive insights and realisations, resolve, visions for different parts of our life journey.
🍜 We will be working with the medicine of cacao so opening our hearts and dissolving the walls that we build around our hearts will be part of the experience if it’s in your intention.
🫶 We are all at different stages in our life journey and are perceiving the subtle information in unique ways so this experience will be individual to each and every one of you.
🙌 During the ceremony through the natural flow, the songs, sounds, storytelling woven with our personal and collective intentions we are weaving together new blueprints for remembrance. The saying goes “all healing is remembrance of the truth.”
🤩 The way we show up and our intention can also have influence on our ancestors and family as we are all connected. We are part of the same tree of life.
