Traditional Cacao and Healing Sound Ceremony

You are warmly invited to gather with us for a Traditional Cacao & Healing Sound Ceremony on Sunday, May 17th to pause and step out of the every day tasks so you can ground yourself, rest, release, let go what doesn' t serve you any more and reconnect with what truly matters to you, what makes you naturally feel whole and alive.

This is a space and time to slow down, breathe deeply, and just be in the presence of kindred spirits. It is a circle where you can feel nourished, seen, appreciated, and celebrated — like sitting together around a sacred fire.

On May 17th we will still be basking in the energy of the beautiful New Moon in Taurus - a powerful time to revisit your intentions, realign your focus, and consciously decide which seeds to plant and nourish moving forward.

❤️ Ceremonial Cacao — The Medicine of the Heart

We will be working with Pure Ceremonial Cacao, prepared in the traditional way in prayer by the Tz'utujil Mayan Elders of Guatemala led by Nana Marina Cruz with whom I am grateful to collaborate since 2018.

In many Indigenous traditions, cacao is known as a medicine of the heart — supporting emotional release, deeper connection, and the experience of universal love and connection.

Cacao gently opens the heart and invites us to meet ourselves and others with greater presence, warmth, compassion and authenticity.

This ceremony unfolds through the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel and the Four Elements — Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

These ancient universal teachings remind us that we are part of nature.

Preparation for the Cacao Ceremony:

Cacao contains caffeine, so please do not drink coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony. Please also refrain from using drugs or alcohol. We recommend that you do not eat for at least 3 hours prior to the ceremony. Dress in comfortable loose clothing.

Please drink plenty of water both before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.

Bring a water bottle with you.

There are only 15 places available for a person to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.

If you are pregnant, how wonderful.Because every pregnancy is unique, please feel free to contact me before booking so we can discuss your needs and ensure the ceremony experience is comfortable and supportive for your comfort and wellbeing.

🌱 I take Medic*tion or antidepressants. Is cacao safe?

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle heart-opening plant, but it may interact with certain medications, particularly antidepressants or heart Medic*tion. If this applies to you, please contact me before booking so we can discuss what would be most supportive for you. A less concetrated cacao serving is usualy safe.

☕ Does cacao contain caffeine?

Yes, cacao naturally contains a small amount of caffeine and theobromine (a gentle heart stimulant). To fully receive the effects of the cacao, we recommend avoiding coffee or stimulants for at least 3 hours before the ceremony.

🪶 What are we healing?

It all depends on your intention. Your intention is the door to the reality of your experience. The ceremony is running along the medicine wheel. Through the this sacred technology we can access subtle energy that allows us to connect with and purify. pacify the 5 elements: air, fire, water, Earth and space. Through this we also connect with and receive insights and realisations, resolve, visions for different parts of our life journey.

🍜 We will be working with the medicine of cacao so opening our hearts and dissolving the walls that we build around our hearts will be part of the experience if it’s in your intention.

🫶 We are all at different stages in our life journey and are perceiving the subtle information in unique ways so this experience will be individual to each and every one of you.
