About this Event
As much as we love the classics, nothing is quite as fun as finding a wine that outshines its reputation! We are always looking for the overachiever, whether it be the lighter reds at either end of the Loire, great futures for Chardonnay and beyond on the edges of Burgundy and re-discovered possibilities in Greece, or darlings of the in-the-know, like Rieslings from the Mosel.
This week we pay our respects to the underdogs and diamonds hiding in the shadows and turn the spotlight to the regions and producers we champion as future greats and overlooked gems.
Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste 6-8 wines on a theme, and bread, cheese and charcuterie is provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
