About this Event
We invite you to our table for an informal storytelling and drawing session to visually interpret the past and the present, and with imagination, approach themes of folklore, childhood, humour and satire through a visual language.
This workshop is intended to open up the space for more interpretive drawing styles than classical life drawing, and to create an inclusive space for all drawing abilities.
In Episode 1, we will explore nursery rhymes and folk stories and how these can be interpreted through the medium of drawing.
This workshop will be structured in three parts (storytelling introduction, life drawing exercises, puppet show) with guidance available to those who would like it.
