STRONGER TOGETHER Health + Wellness Festival (formerally known as STRENGTH IN THE CITY Festival) is coming back to Denver! We are so excited to partner with SweatPals to bring you an even bigger and better event. We expanded into a bigger space and are able to add some more tickets but be sure to buy before they sell out!

Join Vital Training Systems at Stronger Together for a kick ass class! Combining strength, endurance, conditioning, and kickboxing for a total-body workout like no other! Whether you're a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class offers something for everyone with a fusion of high-energy exercises and Kickboxing-inspired moves. Don't miss out on the opportunity to get a feel of what we do at Vital Training Systems.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

This event was created to curate a space for people to move and connect with their community. We firmly believe that movement, mindfulness and connection will strengthen individuals who will be able to in turn strengthen their communities.

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundations missions is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.
